1 medium sized onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 8oz. can of mushrooms
1 14oz. can pinto beans
1 14oz. can chili beans
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes
1tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot saute onion, green pepper and garlic with small amount of oil until veggies begin to get tender. Add spices, pinto beans and chili beans. Stir together for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and mushrooms; bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally. For an extra kick--add some diced jalapeno peppers.
