3 - 15-oz cans diced tomatoes, partly drained
2 Tbs. tomato paste
1 Tbs. sugar
1 rib celery
2 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. flour
1 clove garlic
1 onion, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Heat 4 cups milk until hot. Add tomato mixture to the hot milk. Raise heat and bring almost to a boil.
Garnish with pesto if desired.
