Dressing:

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 T. grated onion
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1T. poppy seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms


Salad:
1 bundle fresh spinach
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2-1 purple onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup rinsed and drained cottage cheese
10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together. Slice mushrooms, marinate in dressing for 2 hours. Mix salad ingredients together. Just before eating add mushrooms and dressing and toss gently.
