1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut fine (or a bag from the store)
2 T minced mild onion
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 packets of splenda, or sugar to taste
2 slices of crisp bacon, crumbled
2 chopped, hard-boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put lettuce, onion, bacon and eggs in a large salad bowl. Mix together vinegar and and Splenda and pour over lettuce. salt and pepper to taste.
