2 lb. pork shoulder cubed ( can be boneless chops)
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 pkg. of sauerkraut, rinsed
bouillion cubes
salt
pepper
ground marjoram
paprika (Hungarian is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chopped inions in about two tsp. of oil. Add cubed meat and brown slightly. Add all spices. After meat is slightly browned, add water just to barely cover meat. Let simmer for 1/2 hour, then add sauerkraut, stir and simmer on low until meat is soft, another 1/2 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste. This dish is eaten with potatoes.
