1/2 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, egg, mustard and salt together. Stir in vinegar, water and oil. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 3 tbsp. mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. celery seed. Stir together.
Note: This is a great dressing for potato salad
