Cake:
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup butter or m argarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Eagle Brand© Milk
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oats and add butter-stir til butter is all melted. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix together remaining sifted dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sugar together and add to dry ingredients. Fold in oats and butter mixture and mix until well combined. Pour in a greased 8 1/2 by 12 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of cake while still warm. Broil under broiler in oven til sugar is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
