5 pounds pototoes
2 large onions
1 package Polish sausage or Kielbasa
2 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup Butter
1 Cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and onions and cut into bite size portions. Put potatoes and onions in a large pan and cover with water just over the potatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Cut sausage into bite size ortions. Brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons butter. Add to potato/onion mixture (drippings and all). When potatoes are tender add one cup of milk and 1/3 cup butter. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with corn muffins.
