Dressing:

8 tbsp. sugar or Splenda
4 tsp. salt
6 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
8 tbsp. white vinigar
1 c. salad oil

Salad:

4 whole chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
1 clove minced garlic
2 heads lettuce, shredded
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup poppy seeds
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
1 cup silvered almonds

Dressing:

Shake all ingredients together and refrigerate or make just before serving.

Salad:

Boil chicken in chicken broth and garlic, cool when done and tear into slivers. Put shredded lettuce and green onions in a large serving dish, add chow mein noodles, slivered almons, chichen and poppy seeds. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
