1 1/2 cups fat free Thousand Island dressing
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
12 slices dark rye bread, cubed
1 pound sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 pounds corned beef, cut into bite sized pieces
1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Thousand Island dressing, olive oil and sour cream. In slow cooker/crockpot, layer sauerkraut, corned beef and swiss cheese with a layer of dressing between. Finish with a layer of Swiss cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
