1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 Package frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small clove garlic, pressed
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Diced red bell pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375 F. Coarsely chop artichokes, place in medium bowl. Add spinach, mayonnaise and sour cream.
2. Add finely minced or pressed garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Spoon into small baking or gratin dish.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with bell pepper, if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers.
Yield: 2 cups
