1 egg white
2 1/2 Tbsp. water
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
8 Cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white with water until foamy. Add sugar and all the spices. Mix well. Pour over pecans and stir to coat all the nuts with the spice mixture.
Spread on two lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 275º F. for 50-55 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Cool. Store in air tight container.
