1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1-16 oz. can creamed corn
1 pkg Jiffy© Corn Muffin Mix
1 small can chopped green chiles, drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º F.
In a medium bowl mix above ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a greased 1 to 1/2 quart baking dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes until lightly browned.
