3 lb. boiled kolbasi 1 c. ketchup 1 sliced green pepper 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and vinegar 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 medium can pineapple chunks drained 1 c. water 1 sliced onion Pepper to taste
Boil Kolbasi as directed. In casserole dish, add ketchup, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, pepper and water. Stir, then add green pepper, pineapple, sliced onion and kolbasi sliced in chunks. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
