2 c. quick mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. banana (mashed)

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to Bisquick. Beat eggs slightly and add melted shortening and bananas. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
