1 gallon dandelion flowers
1 gallon boiling water
rind of 1 lemon + lemon
rind of 2 oranges + oranges
4 lb sugar
2 tbsp fresh yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water add dandelions and cover tight, let set 3 days. Then drain the juice off, then put in the rind of 1 lemon and 2 oranges and sugar, put on stove and simmer for 15 minutes, then slice the lemon and oranges into it, when yet lukewarm then put in 2 tbsp fresh yeast. Let sit for 1 week the strain and bottle.
