5 pounds red potatoes
1 cup of whipping cream
8 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. of dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
paprika to sprinkle over top of potatoes

Directions:
Boil potatoes the day before you will serve them. Drain water and put potatoes in the refergerator until cold ( usually overnight).

Peel potatoes and grate with a box grater and grate them into a 9x12 baking dish. After potatoes are grated, then salt and peper them.

In a sauce pan pour the whipping cream and milk, add dry mustard and heat until warm. Put in the cheese and stir till cheese starts to melt. Remove from heat and pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle paprika over potatoes.

Bake in a 350ºF oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
