Ingredients:  
1 (51oz.. can) of Sea Watch chopped Clams
( save 10 oz. of juice )
4 oz. butter
4 oz. olive oil ( use light for lighter taste)
4 TBSP. Shallots
4 TBSP. Chopped Onions
4 tsp. each Garlic, Oregano, Basil,Parsley
2 tsp. salt
add fresh crushed pepper to taste
8 tsp. of cornstarch
12oz. white wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté shallots and garlic in butter/oil combination.
2. Add clam juice and herbs .Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Mix cornstarch with white wine to make the wash. Add to simmering liquid stirring constantly until boils and thickens.
4. Add clam meat. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes.

Cook your choice of pasta and serve.
