3 lb. carrots, sliced or baby
1/2 c mustard
1/2 C butter
1/2 C brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or steam carrots just till tender. Drain. Mix melted butter with sugar and mustard and pour over hot carrots. Garnish with parsley flakes or chives.
