32 oz. package frozen hash browns(thawed)
2 Tblsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except cornflakes), put in a greased 13x9 pan or glass dish. Then mix crushed cornflakes with an additonal 1/4 cup of melted butter. Spread cornflakes on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Serve hot!
