6 c. oats 4 c. grape nuts 1 c. wheat germ 1 c. honey 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. coconut flavoring 2 c. unsweetened coconut 1 c. chopped almonds 2 c. craisins, dates or raisins
Put oats in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes stirring once. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Spread on large cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes stirring frequently. When cool store in an airtight container or zipper bag.
