2/3 c oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2 T white wine
2 t soy sauce
3 T honey
1 t dry mustard
1/4 t curry powder
fresh spinach
red onions -sliced thin
crisp bacon
hard boiled eggs - chopped
dash of garlic powder

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve dressing over mixture of spinach, onions, bacon, and eggs.
