4 ounces strawberries, sliced
2 ounces brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 butter patties
Juice of one freshly squeezed orange
Juice of one freshly squeezed lemon
1 ounce Rum
1 ounce Brandy
1 ounch Strawberry Liquor
Best Quality Vanilla Ice Cream (Haagen Dazs, Graeter, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet melt the butter patties, add the brown sugar and blend it together. Add the vanilla extract, lemon and orange juice. Mix the strawberries into the sauce, add the run, brandy and strawberry liquor and flambee. Serve over Vanilla Ice Cream.
