"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Cake 1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Cake Mix 2 small boxes INSTANT vanilla pudding mix (French vanilla, if possible) 4 large eggs, room temperature 1 cup water 1/2 cup Criscoİ oil 2 to 3 Tablespoons poppyseeds (high quality in glass jar-not the boxed variety)
Cinnamon Sugar 1/2 cup white sugar and enough cinnamon until a nice shade of brown. Set aside.
Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer for 10 minutes until thick and luscious. Grease 10 inch bundt pan very will with Criscoİ shortening and coat the entire inside with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Pour half of the batter in pan. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon-sugar and then spoon remaining half of cake batter over carefully to cover. Sprinkle lightly with remaining cinnamon-sugar on top. Bake for 1 hour plus 10 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean. Remove to cool on rack and turn cake out onto rack no later than 15 minutes after removing from oven to prevent sticking.
