1 1/2 lb hamburger
3/4 cup oatmeal (regular or quick)
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together well and place in a loaf pan. Lay a piece of bacon over the top of the meat loaf before putting it into the oven. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove bacon a few minutes before taking the meat from the oven.
