7 C. mashed potatoes (aprox. 5 lbs) (make sure there are no lumps)

Mix in: 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 C. whipping cream, 8 T. Butter, 3 T. sugar, 1 tsp. salt CHILL.......

Add 3 C flour
