Ingredients:  
1 C. chocolate chips.
2 C powdered sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 C butter, 1 1/3 C. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter over medium heat. Add sugar and milk. Stir constantly. and bring to a boil for 8 minutes. Remove from burner and add vanilla. Cool 20 min before serving.
HERE IS A SERVING IDEA: Place a crepe on a plate. Spoon peppermint ice cream down the center of the crepe. Roll the crepe and top with hot fudge sauce. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
