1 cup butter
1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add the flour salt and almond extract beat until smooth. Chill dough. Roll into 1" balls roll the balls of dough in some sugar, place on a cookie sheet and then flatten them. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
