1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1cup whipping cream
2 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Beat 2 eggs, add cream and mix thoroughly, add sugar and coconut. Add vanilla and pour into a unbaked pie crust. Bake in a 350º oven for 50 minutes. Delicious.
