1 cups brown sugar
cup water
Rolled oats
Slivered almonds, or any other nut
Sunflower seeds
Coconut
Dried fruit mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the brown sugar and water in a microwavable bowl.

Cook for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Add sugar mixture to oats, almonds, sunflower seeds and coconut. Bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees or until golden brown. After removing mixture from oven, move to a container with a lid, then add the dried fruit mix. Once its completely cool, cover with lid.
