Vinaigrette:
1 lemon
¼ c red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp black pepper

Salad:
2 c uncooked shells
1 cucumber
½ small red onion, thinly wedged
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Black olives, coarsely chopped
1 package Mediterranean salad
1 can solid white tuna, flaked
½ c feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. For vinaigrette, juice lemon, to measure 2 tbsp juice. Combine lemon juice, vinegar, oil, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper in bowl. Whisk until well blended.

2. For salad, cook pasta, drain then rinse.

3. Place pasta in bowl; add vegetables, olives, greens, and tuna. Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss; sprinkle with feta.
