1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup butter
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

10.5 oz bag of minature marshmallows

Frosting
16 oz (1 box) light brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350F.. Grease 13 x 9 pan
Mix butter and cocoa then add eggs, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla. Beat well with mixer. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan and bake 35 minutes.

While cake is baking, mix 16 oz of light brown sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Remove cake from oven and pour 10.5 oz minature marshmallows over hot cake. Pour frosting over marshmallows.
