1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. bran cereal (flakes or chex)
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Combine cereal, milk, egg and oil. Let sit about 5 minutes. Then combine with the other dry ingredients. Pour into muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
