1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beated
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped, sugar added
(cool whip can be substituted, but it's not as good)

Directions:

Mix sugar, flour, and salt, add eggs, and mix well. Stir in fruit juices. Cook over medium low heat until thickened, stirring *constantly*. Allow to cool. Fold in whipped cream. Serve over fresh fruit salad.
