1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 16 oz. can fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and chill until firm. Top with pie filling. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Both sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese are available in low fat and non-fat varieties. However, do not make your cheesecake completely fat free or it won't set.
