4-5 lbs beef short ribs-sliced about 1/2 inch thick.

MARINADE
1 C soy sauce
3/4 C brown sugar
3 cloves garlic-minced
1 T ginger-grated
1/2 C green onions-chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 T sesame oil
2 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Put meat and marinade in large ziplock bags overnight. Broil in oven or best grilled on a barbeque.
