1 c. water
2 T. butter, softened just a bit
1 egg
2 c. Gold Medal Better for Bread White Flour
1 1/4 c. Gold Medal whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Fleischman's bread machine yeast
Pam cooking spray

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine NOTE: Start with wet ingredients first. Add yeast last.

Select dough cycle. Do not use delay cycle

Remove dough from bread machine at the end of cycle with flour hands. Cover and let rest 10 minutes on lightly floured surface

Grease 13X9X2 inch pan. Divide dough into 15 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place in greased pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for about 30 minutes or until double.

Heat oven to 375º. Bake 12-15 minutes (maybe a little longer at lower altitudes) or until golden brown. Serve warm!
