1 pkg (10-oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 carton (8-oz) sour cream
1 cup mayo (add more if needed)
1 can (8-oz) sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg Knorr or Lipton vegetable soup mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with vegetables, crackers or Hawaiian bread. Hollow out the center of the bread, fill the hole left with the dip. Cube the bread you removed into bite size chunks.
