3 cups Bisquick
1 lb sharp cheese, grated or shredded
1 lb sausage (hot or mild)

Directions:
Directions:
Cheese and sausage should be at room temperature. Mix ingredients together thoroughly, using hands. Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter. These can be frozen before or after cooking.(Thaw before baking) Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
