1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped(optional)
3 teaspoons Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 can Tomato Soup
Salt Pepper to taste
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground Beef with Peppers and Onions. Drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve on Hambuger Buns.
