4 skinless chicken breasts beaten eggs corn starch 3/4 cup sugar or a little less 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup chicken broth 4 T. ketchup 1 T. soy sauce
Cut chicken breasts into 1" strips. Dip in beaten egg and then in dry corn starch. Deep fry for 2 min. Place in baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour stirring often at 350.
