1/2 cup butter New Balance brand
1 cup flour
1 1/4 cup coconut
1 cup slivered almonds
1/3 brown sugar

Pudding:
2 small pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
2 2/3 cup milk
8 oz. whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Topping: I use half whole wheat flour and half protein powder. Mix butter, flour, coconut, almonds, and brown sugar (Splenda) together. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Stirring occasionaly.
Pudding: Mix together and pour over 1/2 of the crumb mixture on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle other half of crumb mixture on top.
