2 c thin cream, divided
1 c butter
2 c sugar
1 3/4 c white corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together 1 cup cream, butter, sugar, and corn syrup 3 or 4 minutes. Add second cup of cream. Cook to a hard ball stage stirring all the time! Add vanilla and pour into a 8 x 8 buttered pan. Allow to cool many hours, turn carmel out of pan, cut into small pieces and wrap each carmel in waxed paper.
