1 cup white rice
1 stick butter
1 medium chopped onion
8 oz cheese whiz
8 oz chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and onions, add rice. Add everything except water. Bring to a boil for 1 minute and add water. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.

I usually put buttery cracker crumbs on top before baking.

I usually double or even triple this recipe for potlucks. I just melt the butter in the microwave and then add all ingredients into crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours and medium or low.
