1 cup cooked or canned black beans,1 mango, peeled and coarsely chopped,1/2 cup finely chopped red onion,1 jalapeno stemmed, seeded and finely diced,1/2 cup chopped cillantro,1/4 cup fresh lime juice, may sub lemon, 1/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper to taste.

combine the beans, mango,onion, hot pepper, cilantro, limejuice and olive oil in a bowl. season to taste with salt and pepper. may be prepared a day ahead. bring to room temperature 1 hour before serving. makes about 3 cups. serve with tortilla chips.
