Unbaked deep dish pie shell
2 or 3 fresh tomatoes sliced
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1/2 stick margarine
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
Nortons Natures seasoning
Parmessan cheese

Bake pie shell for 8-9 minutes. Cool

Chop and saute onion and green pepper in margarine. Remove form heat and sprinkle with Natures seasoning. Layer tomatoes in bottom of cooled pie shell. Pour onion mixture over tomatoes. Combine mayonnaise and cheddar cheese; spread over top and sprinkle with Parmessan cheese and natures seasoning.
Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
