2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini
1/3 c. water
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. chopped raisins
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350, grease pans. Mix shortening and sugar. Add eggs, zucchini and water. Blend in flour, baking soda, etc. Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake 60 to 70 minutes.
