1 cup cooked shredded fish (haddock, halibut ect)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
few grains of pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbls. sour cream
1 egg - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingreadents except egg and crumbs into croquats or cutlets. dip in beaten egg then the cracker crumbs Saute in hot grease until brown on both sides serve at once with mushroom gravy.
