* 1 1/2 # deli roast beef
* 1 large onion / sliced in medium rings
* 1 red pepper / " " "
* 1 green pepper / " " "
* 2 cans crescent dough {dairy case}
* 16 ounces shredded swiss cheese/divided in half
* sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat oven to 375.
*Spray a cookie sheet & set aside.
*Spread out 1 can of the crescent dough on the cookie sheet,pinching together all the seams to make it one solid piece/don't make it too thin.
*Sprinke 1/2 of the cheese evenly over the dough ,& bake for about 10 minutes.
*While that's baking , cook the onion & peppers in a heavy pan with a little olive oil/salt & pepper to taste
*While that's cooking , slice the beef into strips & add to the softened vegies.
*Take this mixture & spread it out evenly over the prebaked cheesy pastry bottom.
*Sprinkle the rest of the cheese evenly over the top of the beef mixture.
*Take the 2nd can of crescents & divide them into the pieces given.
*Put 2 pieces on each end to seal it up,pressing the new dough into the prebaked dough.*Take the other 4 pieces & create a crisscross pattern over the middle,pressing,as on the ends.
*Brush the new dough with water & sprinkle with sesame seeds
*Bake @ 375 for 15 to 20 minutes until the pastry is golden & the insides are bubbly.
*Let it rest about 5 minutes / slice / serve / enjoy !
