1 lb ground meat
2 Tbsp. ice water
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. red taco sauce
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 oz. black olives, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Make meat shells by mixing well the ground meat, taco seasoning mix, and ice water. Press into small tart pans. Combine sour cream, taco sauce, olives, and 3/4 c tortilla chips. Spoon filling into meat shells mounding tops. Combine remaining chips with cheese, sprinkle on top and bake for 10 min at 375.
